What delivery method does wiggle use?
For UK orders we use City Link or Royal Mail First Class. This means that your goods will usually arrive the next working day for most of the UK mainland. If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, we'll use Parcelforce, Royal Mail Airmail or City Link if the items are heavy. Delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.
For International Delivery we use Parcelforce or Royal Mail Airmail to despatch your order. For more information click here.
If you have a problem with a delivery or with goods damaged in transit, send us an email to sales@wiggle.co.uk.
Please Note: Larger and more expencive items shipped with City Link, cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses
International Courier Delivery
Wiggle offers courier delivery to international customers allowing orders to be fully traceable. The price of this service is dependent on the delivery country or region.
If your order qualifies for the courier service you will be shown this as a delivery option in the Basket and Checkout pages. Here you can select which delivery method you would like.
If you select to upgrade to the traceable courier service we will send you an email with details on how to track your order once your order has been placed.
The courier delivery option is available when all the items in your order are in stock. If your order contains items which are currently on order (i.e. items marked as 'none in stock' or 'out of stock') you cannot use the courier service. However, you could still get traceable courier delivery for your in stock items by placing two separate orders; one order for all in stock items and one for the on order items.
Courier delivery is not available for customised items or bikes, however Wiggle may choose to despatch your order using a courier.

Priority despatch
 Priority Despatch
NOTE: Priority Despatch is available for all products except Bikes
Priority Despatch means we despatch your goods as soon as we can after we receive your order.
UK customers should take delivery of items we have in stock within 2 working days.
With Priority Despatch we insure we despatch your order as quickly as possible via either a next-day courier service or Royal Mail 1st Class. This should result in you taking delivery the next working day (after despatch) however we can make no guarantees on the speed of the postal/courier service used which is why we recommend allowing 2 working days.
International orders will take longer depending on destination but we will make sure your goods leave us as quickly as possible.
But when will my order be despatched?
If you order on a working day before 2pm GMT Monday – Thursday we aim to despatch your order the same day.
If you order on a Friday or Saturday we may despatch your order the same day but it may not arrive until the following week as not all postal services deliver at the weekends.
Priority Despatch orders placed on a Sunday will be processed first thing Monday morning ahead of our weekend rush!

How much does priority despatch cost?
- UK and international Priority Despatch costs only £3.99 per order regardless of weight, number of items or cost.
- Please note that bicycles have a priority dispatch charge of £29.99.

Will I receive my order any sooner if I choose priority despatch?
- yes - we process orders where priority despatch has been paid for first
- if you pay for priority despatch, we will despatch the items we have in stock straight away with the remainder going onto back order. These items are despatched when they have all come into stock or after a week, whichever is sooner
- If you select the free delivery option, you may wait up to a week for your goods. We will despatch all your items together when they are all in stock. If we are still waiting for items after a week, we will despatch the ones we do have

Bike Priority Delivery
Note: We do not currently provide priority despatch for Bikes.
Order your new bike before 2pm and for only £29.99 you will jump the queue for guaranteed delivery within 2 working days.

How does it work?
To benefit from Priority Delivery, simply ad your chosen bike to your basket and select priority delivery during checkout.
Note; A "working day" comprises Monday - Friday and does not include weekends or bank holidays. e.g. order before 2pm Wednesday and opt for Priority Bike Delivery and your bike is guaranteed to be delivered by Friday before 12pm midday. Subject to all security checks.

I'm in a real hurry - how do I know if wiggle has stock of an item?
- if our site says "normally despatched in 24 hours" then we have stock of that item and it will probably be allocated to you
- occasionally, our stock may already have been allocated to another customer. If this happens, it's first come, first served
- if our site says "normally despatched in 2-7 days" then we don't have stock of that item at the moment - although more may arrive at any time

Delivering to your address
Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect mail once an order has been processed.
For these reasons please supply us with a delivery address where there will be someone in to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card. You can then phone them to arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.
Please Note: Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses

Missing Parcels/Damage - City Link
Please be aware that if you request that goods are left safe via the courier notes, Wiggle cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from a local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour.

International Bike Delivery
Bikes despatched internationally (outside of the UK and Ireland) are fully assembled and safety checked here at Wiggle before being disassembled and packaged into two separate boxes ready for delivery. The frame will be in one box and the wheels will be in the other box and both boxes will be shipped together.
Some assembly will be required when you receive your bike and full instructions and tools will be provided. For more information on what you need to do when you receive your bike, please see our International Bike Delivery instructions.
Bike Brake Set Up
We recommend that international customers should state in their order notes how they require their brakes to be set up. It it standard procedure to ship bikes in the UK with the front brake on the right and rear on the left. Should you select priority despatch, If there are no notes on the order to advise what brake preference you require, this will cause delays as we will need to phone or confirm the setup before we dispatch your bike.

All international bike orders can be tracked online. Should you wish to track your order online, simply put your consignment number which will be supplied to you in your confirmation email, (begins with EE and ends in GB) in the "track your parcel" section on their web-site.

Wiggle offers FREE DELIVERY to all of the UK on almost every product! Please note that certain large items such as bikes, frames and trainers may incur a small additional charge for very remote parts of the British Isle.

Your free delivery threshold for your chosen shipping destination will be displayed in your wiggle shopping basket.Please note that free delivery is only available via www.wiggle.co.uk and our satellite sites. How do I select the free delivery option?
You can choose your delivery options in your wiggle shopping basket.
Will I automatically get free delivery on my order?
No - you need to select it from the checkout screen.

Pay for priority despatch in the normal way - that way, we'll despatch what we can as soon as we can.
What happens if an item in my order is delayed?
- We will wait for 5 days, then send the items we do have in stock. The remaining items will go onto back order.
- Items on back order will be despatched as soon as they arrive with no delivery charge
What happens if an item in my order sells out while I'm waiting for the rest of my order to come into stock?
- For items where there is limited stock, we will give priority to customers paying for priority despatch.
- If you have chosen our free delivery option, you may lose out on a great deal - sorry!
